Inderes buys Streamfabriken
We are happy to announce that Inderes Oyj has acquired the Streamfabriken companies in Sweden, Finland and Norway!
Inderes is a Finnish-based stock listed company with a mission to connect listed companies and investors. Their main product areas are Commissioned Research, Virtual Event Solutions, Technology and IR Solutions.
Inderes has earlier acquired a Finnish online event production company Flik. Streamfabriken and Flik together become the largest streaming producer in the Nordics when measured with the number of streamed IR events.
Streamfabriken’s services and customer segments remain the same as before. For our customers this means that we become a stronger provider for online events in the Nordics. As a part of Inderes group, we are strengthened by new high-end studios in Stockholm and Helsinki, more resources, new colleagues and a stronger IT development team.
